At The Lavender Place at Haven Hill Manor, we believe every adventure is sweeter with a wagging tail and a happy heart! We’re thrilled to welcome well-mannered pups to roam and explore — with just a few important "paw-tocols" to keep the magic blooming for everyone:

Leashes are Love
To keep tails wagging and noses out of mischief, all dogs must be on a leash during their visit. (Bonus points for extra charming collars — our lavender fields make a great backdrop for a photo op!)
Scoop the Poop
Even in a place as dreamy as Haven Hill, nature calls. Please scoop the poop and deposit it in the bins provided. Our boots — and our blooms — thank you!
Good Vibes Only
We adore all dogs, but only those who bring happy energy and good manners are invited to frolic here. If your pup is feeling a little too feisty, it might be best to plan a cozy day at home instead.
Stick to the Paw-Approved Paths
Some corners of our farm are made for sniffing, some for growing lavender magic. Please help your pup stay on the marked trails and steer clear of the plants / row coverings.
Healthy Paws, Happy Days
For their safety and the health of all our visitors, we kindly ask that your dog be up-to-date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention before coming to play.
Manners Matter
Not everyone may be as smitten with dogs as we are (hard to imagine, we know!). Please respect others' space, and remind your pup that polite tail wags are the best kind of greetings.
Service Dogs are Always Welcome
Heroes come on four paws too — service dogs are always welcome throughout The Lavender Place at Haven Hill Manor, no questions asked.

We absolutely love seeing guests capture memories among our blooming fields and beautiful farm scenes! Snap away and share the joy — we just have a few friendly notes to keep the magic flowing smoothly:

Personal Photography is Always Welcome
Guests are encouraged to take casual photos during their visit — selfies, family shots, engagement pics, and all those sweet moments are part of what makes our farm special!

Professional Photography Requires Prior Approval
If you’re planning a professional photo session (anything organized, styled, posed, or involving clients), please reach out to us first for approval.
This helps us coordinate scheduling and ensure the farm remains a peaceful experience for all visitors.

Props Need a Heads-Up
We adore creativity — but before bringing large props (like furniture, signage, backdrops, or setups beyond a simple blanket or bouquet), we kindly ask that you get pre-approval.
We want to protect the beauty of our farm and the safety of all guests and plants!

Weather & Cancellation Policy:

Photography sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional cost due to inclement weather, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking or before the end of the current lavender bloom season, whichever comes first.

Because our lavender bloom window is both seasonal and limited, and demand for sessions is high, we do not offer refunds for cancellations—regardless of reason.

By booking a session, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the seasonal nature of our availability.

Be Respectful of the Farm
Stay on paths, be mindful of the plants, and leave no trace behind. (Nature and the next photographer will thank you!)

How to Request a Session
Please e-mail or call us in advance with your request — including the date, time, number of people, and any ideas for props you have in mind. We’re happy to work with you to make your session as beautiful as possible!
